About My Blog

Dear friends,

I apologize for failing to keep up on this blog.  After dabbling in writing for other places, I decided it was time to come back to my blogspot here and get it going again.  Though I will still share videos here from time to time, I have full intentions of getting into writing more DIY and other such articles related to being more frugal, healhty, and self sufficient. I am really looking forward to this and not only have several articles brewing, I have many already written that I can share here and will get on that very soon.

I am looking forward to seeing this page get off the ground and that this may be a bit more user friendly to everyone.

Thank you for those whom have stuck with me despite my falling behind here and I hope you will help me to build my audience and make this a great place for learning and sharing!

God bless you all!

  1. Hello Heidi!
How is it I never knew you had a blog? LOVE IT! Can't wait to explore it. I'm sure there's a sub button somewhere. I just clicked on the FB post. Read what you had to say about reviving your blog and didn't look further. Now to find the sub button. 😉

    1. So glad you found it! I am having fun getting this up and going again. Though I was liking steemit, it was just fun for a time, I am coming back here as it is just easier for me and I do not feel so pressured to try to get something out daily like I did on steemit. Though I am going to try to do a few posts a week if I am able and I am guessing there may be times I can do more than that. :)

  2. I love that you are doing this...I really didn't know you had a blog, but it would be a great place to keep those recipes! I have a blog (actually 2), but have gotten soooo bad a keeping up on them. One was for sewing projects and one was for gardening. Maybe I will have to follow your lead and start working from there again. Facebook has been easier for me since my posts can be short.

    1. I hear ya' there, it can be hard finding time to write longer blogs. I was doing steemit and it is tricky there as there are certain times of the day it is best to post and that just happens to be the busiest time for me. If you do not post at that time, your post likely gets lost in the rest and likely not seen. I was so excited about it at first but too many things about it became very inconvenient to me. I am hoping this works out better for me here. :)

  3. Hello , Heidi ! I just recently subed to your YouTube channel, and LOVE it . Have already learned so much from you. Thrilled to find out you have a blog too. I would love to sub to it via email- is that possible ? I didn't see a place to do that. It would be great for me. I don't know how you do everything that you do. We are in the process of moving from Texas in the city, to the Smokie Mts. in N.C. and will have an acre so we can have a garden again and my hubby can hunt and fish in the mountains. Can't wait.

  5. Hey, very nice site.
I came across this on Google, and I am stoked that I did.
I will definitely be coming back here more often.
Wish I could add to the conversation and bring a bit more to the table,
but am just taking in as much info as I can at the moment. Thanks for sharing.

  7. Love the videos on YouTube but also love the blog. I'm in the process of building a more intentional medicinal herbal garden and the blog is great for reference information in a printed format. The videos are great but you talk fast and if I want to take notes this is one of the places I like to go. I just don't know how you get all the things done that you do. I have a hard time just listening to videos, taking notes and living. When are you going to do a video on how to cram in a weeks worth of work in one day?

  8. I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
